All cancellations must be sent to NWRA via fax to 775-473-5473, or e-mailed to admin@nvwra.org. All cancelations postmarked by March 3. 2025 will receive a refund minus a 25% administrative fee. Cancelations after that date will not be refunded. If you have purchased the registration with a credit card, the convenience fee is non-refundable.
Event registration fee includes transportation, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, catered dinner, snacks, beverages and single occupancy hotel accommodations. Casual clothing is recommended and should include long pants and closed toe shoes.
Event space is maxed at 22 attendees so save your seat/hotel room now!
