Booth Attendant Registration Information:
As an exhibitor, one booth attendant registration is included with the purchase. If you did not register your guest in your original transaction, please contact the NWRA office staff and we will assist you with the registration process at 775-473-5473 or admin@nvwra.org.
SYMPOSIUM - There is a booth attendant fee for any additional person tending your exhibit that does not participate in the program. The rate is $325 and can be paid online HERE using the Mine Water Symposium Registration - Exhibit Booth Attendant option #12. This fee covers food and beverages that are provided during catered functions from Monday, 7:00 a.m. to Tuesday, 10:00 a.m.
ANNUAL CONFERENCE - There is a booth attendant fee for any additional person tending your exhibit that does not participate in the program. The rate is $490 and can be paid online HERE using the Annual Conference Registration - Exhibit Booth Attendant option #19. This fee covers food and beverages that are provided during catered functions from Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. to Thursday, 1:30 p.m.

Exhibit Shipping Instructions: All shipping, handling, and payment of your exhibit booth materials is done independently of NWRA.

The hotel is not responsible for packing or for supplying any packing materials. Any materials left behind without shipping instructions will be discarded within three (3) business days. The hotel will not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any packages or merchandise left or sent to the hotel and has the right to refuse any package not labeled as requested.
